Fork oil and shock fluid for dirt bike suspension, from Motorex, Maxima, Motul and KYB, in the common weights.
Fresh fork oil is the cheapest suspension upgrade there is: it goes off with heat and contamination long before it looks dirty. Most race bikes want a fork service every 20 to 30 hours and the shock about every 40. Match the weight to what your forks were set up with, as a different weight changes the damping.

Whatever the forks were last set up with. From the factory most KYB and WP forks run a 5W equivalent and Showa a little heavier, but tuners change it, so check the service sheet or ask whoever did them last.
Usually 300 to 400ml per leg on a full size bike with the damper cartridge serviced, less for a seal change only. A 1L bottle does both legs.
No. Shock fluid is formulated for the higher heat and pressure in a shock. Use a shock fluid for the shock and fork oil for the forks.
