A dirt bike radiator holds about a litre, so one bottle does a change with some left for top ups. Change it every year or two, or any time the bike has boiled, and never top up with tap water for more than one ride; the minerals leave deposits in the radiator.

Any premixed motorcycle coolant that is silicate free and safe for aluminium, which everything on this page is. Motorex is what KTM fills at the factory.
Between 0.9L and 1.3L on most full size bikes. One 1L bottle does a change on most; buy two for a 450 with big radiators and keep the rest for top ups.
A silicate free, aluminium safe car coolant premixed 50:50 works in a pinch. The motorcycle coolants here are tuned for small radiators and high heat, and cost about the same.
