Most modern race two strokes run 40:1 to 50:1 with a full synthetic; KTM lists 60:1 for the SX and many riders run 40:1. Older bikes and minis are often 32:1. Use the manual, and if the bike has been jetted for a ratio, keep to that one.
Yes. The oil injection tank on the KTM EXC TPI and TBI, Husqvarna TE and GasGas EC takes a normal JASO FD two stroke oil. Fill the tank and do not premix as well. The SX motocross two strokes have no oil tank and are premixed like always.
Full synthetic burns cleaner, carbons the pipe and power valve less, and protects better under race load. Mineral is fine for a mini on low revs. Every MWMX oil is full synthetic.
