Returns & Exchanges
60-day easy returns on everything in the MWMX Parts Store.
Bought the wrong size? Changed your mind? No dramas. You've got 60 days from delivery to send it back for a refund or exchange.
The rules (kept simple)
- Returns are accepted within 60 days of the delivery date.
- Gear must be unused and in new condition — unworn, tags attached, in its original packaging. Trying a helmet or boots on inside your house is fine; a moto on Sunday is not.
- You'll need your order number(it's on your confirmation email).
- Return postage is on you for change-of-mind and sizing returns. If we sent the wrong item or it arrived faulty, return postage is on us.
- Refunds go back to your original payment method within 5 business days of us receiving and checking the return. Exchanges ship as soon as the return lands.
What can't come back (change of mind)
For safety and hygiene reasons we can't accept change-of-mind returns on:
- Helmets that have been worn or ridden in
- Opened oils, lubricants, chemicals and filter oils
- Underwear-style base layers and socks that have been worn
- Gift cards and giveaway/competition entries
None of this affects your rights if something is faulty — see below.
How to return something
- Email us at info@mwmx.com.au with your order number and what you're sending back.
- We'll confirm and give you the return address.
- Post it back (we recommend tracked postage — the parcel is your responsibility until it reaches us).
- Refund or exchange processed within 5 business days of arrival.
Faulty or wrong items
If your gear arrives damaged, faulty, or isn't what you ordered, contact us straight away and we'll sort it — replacement, repair or full refund, with return postage covered by us.
Your rights under Australian Consumer Law
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure. This policy is in addition to those rights, not instead of them.
