ELIGIBLE ENTRANTS
Entry to the Promotion is open to Australian residents aged 18 years or over who comply with these Terms & Conditions.
Residents of South Australia and Australian Capital Territory are ineligible to win the major prize. All other Australian states are eligible.
Employees, directors, management, officers of the Promoter, its associated companies or agencies, and their immediate families are ineligible to enter.
Entry may be obtained via purchase of a subscription or package, or via the free entry method outlined in these Terms.
Entry is subject to all applicable laws and regulations and is void where prohibited.

ENTRY REQUIREMENTS & INSTRUCTIONS
To enter the Promotion, entrants must:

• Follow the prompts to the Promotion entry page
• Input all requested details including full name, email address, phone number, and package details

ENTRY CONDITIONS
Each package grants a specified number of entries as outlined on the Website.
Each individual entry has an equal chance of being selected.
Entrants may receive multiple entries depending on the package selected or method of entry.
There is no limit on the number of entries per person, subject to these Terms & Conditions.

DRAW DATE & METHOD
There will be one winner determined for each Prize in this Promotion.
The Prize draw will take place at a time and place determined by the Promoter via a government-approved digital draw system named Randomdraws.
The draw is conducted independently and without human interference.

WINNER NOTIFICATION
The Winner will be notified by phone and email within 24 hours of the draw.
The Winner’s details will be published on the Promoter’s website for a minimum of 28 days.

If a Prize is not claimed by this date, a redraw will occur.

2.2 Entries must be submitted during the Promotional Period.
2.3 Entries are deemed received when recorded by the Promoter’s system.
2.4 Entrants must meet eligibility requirements. The Promoter may disqualify entrants who do not comply with these Terms.
2.5 Entrants are responsible for any costs associated with entering the Promotion.
2.6 The Promoter may use entries, winner information, images, videos, and related content for promotional purposes.

- PRODUCT AND PROMOTION STRUCTURE
All purchases relate to access to MWMX products and services including the MWMX Motocross Coaching App, training programs, membership benefits, and digital content.
Entries into promotions are provided as an additional benefit.
No purchase is necessary to enter. Free entry options are available as outlined by the Promoter.

- DRAW & RESERVE WINNERS
The draw will be conducted randomly using Randomdraws.
If a winner is deemed ineligible, cannot be contacted, does not claim the Prize, or forfeits the Prize, the Prize may be awarded to a reserve winner or via redraw in accordance with applicable requirements

- PARTICIPANT CONDUCT
Entrants must not:
• Tamper with the Promotion
• Submit false information
• Use false identities
• Engage in fraudulent or unfair conduct
• Attempt to manipulate the entry process
The Promoter may disqualify entrants for breach of these conditions.

- LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Promoter is not liable for any loss, damage, injury, delay, cancellation, or additional costs arising from participation in the Promotion or use of the Prize.
Motocross and motorsport events involve inherent risks. Attendance and participation are at the Winner’s own risk.
Nothing in these Terms limits rights available under Australian Consumer Law.

Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of Victorian courts.

By purchasing Products or using MWMX services, the Customer agrees to these Terms & Conditions.

PRODUCT ACCESS
MWMX provides access to digital products including motocross coaching content, training programs, membership features, and other digital services.
Packages may include different levels of access as displayed on the Website.

PAYMENT
All prices displayed on https://mwmx.com.au are in Australian dollars and include GST where applicable.
MWMX may adjust prices, products, availability, and services at any time.
Accepted payment methods include Credit/Debit Card and other available payment providers displayed at checkout.
Subscriptions are monthly auto-renewing.
To cancel a subscription, customers must follow the cancellation process or contact info@mwmx.com.au.

RETURNS & REFUNDS
Refund requests can be submitted by emailing info@mwmx.com.au.
Refunds will be handled in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.
Digital products, memberships, and app access may not be refundable where access has already been provided, except where required by law.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All MWMX content, including app content, training material, graphics, branding, videos, and website material remains the property of MWMX.
Content may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used without permission.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
MWMX products and training content are provided for general guidance only.
Motocross is a high-risk activity. Customers participate at their own risk.
MWMX is not responsible for injury, loss, or damages resulting from misuse of information or participation in motocross activities, except where liability cannot legally be excluded.

SEVERANCE
If any section of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining sections continue to apply.
