Used GasGas
Used GasGas MC125 for sale
The GasGas MC125 is a 125cc two stroke motocross bike, built for the track and sold on hours rather than kilometres.
1 GasGas MC125 is listed on MWMX right now (2021 model), asking $6,500 to $6,500. Every listing shows the hours, photos and where the bike is, and you can message the seller or make an offer without an account.
A GasGas MC125 is cheap to keep but ask when the piston was last done: a race two stroke wants a top end every 20 to 40 hours. Check for a clean, unscored bore, a working power valve, no crank seal leaks (smoke on the pipe side, or gearbox oil going down) and that the pipe is not caved in. Ask for the service history (members log theirs in the MWMX Digital Garage and it shows on the listing), look at the hours against the price, and check the frame and swingarm for cracks, the fork seals for weeping and the linkage and steering head bearings for play.
Good to know
- How much is a used GasGas MC125?
- It depends on the year, the hours and whether it has been raced. New listings show their asking price here and recent sold prices appear once sellers mark them sold, so check back or save the search.
- How many hours is a lot on a GasGas MC125?
- Hours on a two stroke are about the top end, not the bike: a fresh piston resets the clock. Under 20 hours since a top end is fresh; the bottom end (crank and main bearings) is good for 150 to 250 hours on most two strokes before it wants doing.
