Tyres for the bikes that get ridden in the bush: the KTM EXC and XC-W, Husqvarna TE and FE, GasGas EC, Yamaha WR and the Honda CRF X, plus the adventure bikes. Enduro rears are 18 inch, so a 120/90-18 or 140/80-18, with the same 80/100-21 or 90/90-21 front as a motocross bike.
An enduro tyre runs a softer carcass and a harder rubber than a motocross tyre: it conforms over rocks and roots at low pressure and lasts two or three times as long. The DOT knobbies on this page are road legal for the ride between trails.

Carcass and compound. An enduro tyre has a soft, flexible carcass that wraps over rocks at low pressure, and a harder rubber that lasts; a motocross tyre is stiff for jump landings and soft for grip, and wears in a few hours of trail riding. Rear sizes differ too: 18 inch on an enduro bike, 19 inch on a motocross bike.
Only if the bike is registered and ridden on the road between trails. A DOT marked knobby is legal on the road and still a proper dirt tyre. Motocross tyres carry no DOT marking and are off road only.
Read it off the sidewall of the tyre on the bike now, for example 80/100-21. The last number is the rim and must match; the width is a choice within what the rim allows. Full size motocross bikes run 80/100-21 front and 110/90-19 or 120/80-19 rear; enduro bikes run a 120/90-18 or 140/80-18 rear.
Not always, but a tyre change is the cheapest moment to fit one, and a pinched or thin old tube is the usual reason a new tyre goes flat on the first ride. Heavy duty tubes for enduro, standard for motocross. Tubes are in their own category.
