520 Sprockets

Front and rear sprockets for a 520 chain, from JT, Renthal, ProTaper and SPP, in steel and alloy and the tooth counts riders actually run.

A 520 sprocket fits every full size motocross and enduro bike: YZ125 to YZ450F and WR, KTM 125 to 500 and the Husqvarna and GasGas that share the hub, Honda CRF250R and 450R, Kawasaki KX250 and KX450, Suzuki RM-Z.

The pitch has to match the chain; the tooth count is your gearing. One tooth smaller on the front is the cheap way to more bottom end; one bigger on the rear is the finer step. Members pay the member price on every product in the store and get free standard shipping on orders over $10. Membership is $5 for the first month.

    Questions riders ask

A 520 sprocket fits every full size motocross and enduro bike: YZ125 to YZ450F and WR, KTM 125 to 500 and the Husqvarna and GasGas that share the hub, Honda CRF250R and 450R, Kawasaki KX250 and KX450, Suzuki RM-Z. The rear sprocket also has to match the hub bolt pattern, so the listing names the bikes it fits.

Steel for anything ridden every weekend: it lasts two to three times longer and costs less. Alloy for race day, where the weight matters and it gets replaced often.

Yes if the chain has more than a few hours on it. A worn chain hooks new sprockets in a handful of rides. Chain and both sprockets together is the job.

Not sure what fits? Set your bike at the top of the store and every list narrows to parts with confirmed fitment, or message us with your model and year.
