Questions riders ask
Wrap around (an alloy bar from the bar end to the clamp) for enduro and trail, where a tree or a crash would otherwise snap a lever. Open shields for motocross, where they only need to stop roost and weigh less. A full wrap guard needs the bar end plug removed and a hollow bar or an insert kit.
Every guard here fits a 22mm (7/8 inch) bar at the lever clamp. A wrap around guard also clamps at the bar end and the mount comes in 7/8 inch and 1 1/8 inch (fat bar) versions, so check which bar you run; the listing names the mount.
